All orders are shipped via Australia Post - Express, which includes tracking. Your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days from when your order is placed. Orders placed On Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays will be packaged and submitted for dispatch as early as possible on the following Business day. Our carriers may experience delays during peak volumes or unforeseen delays in their network.

Yes, you can always follow up or track how far away your order is. A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped so you can follow its progress.

If you have a change of mind, or have ordered the wrong product, please return the item in its originally purchased state within thirty (30) days and we will issue you with a store credit, exchange or refund, to the value of the purchase price only. Delivery costs are not refundable and return shipping costs (where applicable) are at the Customer’s expense. All returns must be pre-authorized by Hair Extend within 7 days of shipment. Please contact us via our enquiry form if any questions. Any items returned to us that are not in their original, brand-new condition and without the accompanying proof of purchase, shall be returned to the Customer at their own cost and no credit can be issued. Hair extensions are classed as “Human Products” and health and safety regulations restrict us from selling open and used packages.

Should a Customer experience a problem with any Hair Extend Product, Hair Extend reserves the right to request the Products be returned to us for assessment and testing. No credit will be issued if the Product is deemed ok by Hair Extend and the cost to return to us for assessment is to be paid for by the customer. We highly recommend tracking. All returns must be pre-authorized by Hair Extend. Please contact us via our website enquiry form.

If there are any faults with a product you bought from us, Hair Extend will replace the faulty item once you return the original product. A refund in this case will only be eligible if a replacement product is unavailable or if the returned product was not opened and used.

Hair Extend use 100% Russian, Remy AA+ human hair, with the cuticle of the hair intact and aligned to ensure a natural look. Our hair is always Double Drawn as a standard specification, however we can custom order Triple Drawn for even more fullness roots to ends if desired.

Clip in Hair Extensions are a great option for those who want volume and thickness, without the assistance of a salon professional. For our other systems, such as Tapes and Wefts, we highly recommend using a trained professional only.

Only have your extensions Installed by a trained professional or extension specialist. Don't expose your extensions to harsh chemicals such as bleach, chlorine and protein as these will strip the oils from the extensions and leave them dry, brittle and easier to tangle. Clip- in extensions do not need to be washed as often as semi permanent Extensions, unless you are wearing them on a regular basis. Washing your tape hair extensions should occur at least once a week. This is to prevent any build-up from breaking down the tape sooner than desired. To store your extensions, it is best to wait until they are fully dry before putting them away. We recommend braiding your extensions before bed and while being stored to avoid tangles.
